What is the 7 day eBook risk-free trial - how does it work?

We offer a 7 day risk-free trial for eBooks so you can have some time to try them out at no risk.

Your card will only be charged 7 days after your purchase. This way, you have plenty of time to review your purchase and decide if it's right for you. If you decide NOT to keep it, you can cancel at anytime during these 7 days by contacting us and you won't be charged at all.

What is a Risk-Free trial - how does it work?

We offer a Risk-Free trial for ALL of our programs, so you have time to review them before deciding if you'd like to keep the program or not.

Here is how it works: When you place an order, your card will be charged for the first payment, but you'll have a trial period to try out the program and decide if you'd like to keep it or cancel it, to receive your money back. The risk-free trial is our 100% money back guarantee, and we offer it for your peace of mind, so you can try ANY of the programs at NO RISK.

When placing an order, you'll see the number of days of your Risk-Free trial displayed on the same page as the buy buttons, but if you have any questions about the trial for a specific program, please feel free to contact us.

When will my credit card be charged?

eBook and Audio book purchases: Your card will only be charged 7 days after your purchase of any eBook and/or audio book with a 7 day risk-free trial. This way, you have plenty of time to review your purchase and decide if it's right for you. If you decide NOT to keep it, you can cancel at anytime during the 7 days by contacting us and you won't be charged.

Video or Audio Programs: If you're buying a video or audio program, your card will be charged at the moment of your purchase, unless your offer includes a free month. We do offer a 7 day risk-free trial for all of our streaming video and audio programs so you'll have plenty of time to review your purchase and decide if it is right for you. If you decide NOT to keep it, please contact us to request a full refund within the risk-free trial, and you'll receive all your money back. Please refer to your email order receipt for details about your purchase.

Subscription Programs: We do offer a 30 day risk-free trial for subscriptions so you'll have plenty of time to review your purchase and decide if it is right for you. If you'd like to cancel your subscription, please go here. Some subscription programs may offer a 30-day free trial where your card will not be charged until the second month of your subscription. Please refer to your email order receipt for details about your purchase

How do I cancel my purchase and receive a full refund?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel without hassle. Here are our refund policies depending on what type of program you purchased:

1. Refund policy for eBooks and/or audio books with a 7 day Risk-Free Trial: If you didn't contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and have been charged for an eBook or audio book you don't want to keep, we can still process a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. If you would like to cancel or request a refund, please contact us. We'll process your cancellation or refund within 24 hours of receiving your request.

2. Refund policy for online streaming programs: If you'd like a refund for an online program you purchased, just contact us and let us know within your trial period. We'll remove your access to the program and refund 100% of any payments you have already made. No questions asked.

If you opted to receive a backup disc with your online streaming program, please contact us to request the cancellation within the 7 day trial, then return the backup discs for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. When we receive your return, we'll process the refund for the online program as well as any fees applied for the backup discs. Please note that we cannot process your refund until we receive the backup discs. See return instructions below.

3. Cancellation policy for subscription programs: If you'd like to cancel your subscription, just contact us and let us know. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time.

IMPORTANT CD RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

When returning a product, it must be in the condition you received it, and include the original packing slip. We highly recommend you return the product using a tracking number. All transactions are conducted in United States Dollars (USD), and we regret that no adjustment for changes in foreign exchange rates can be made. If you decide to return a program, please take a few minutes to package all of it back up so it will be in the condition you received it. You are responsible for paying the return postage/shipping for the program. Include your original packing slip with your product. This contains your name and order number so that your refund can be processed quickly.

Obtain a tracking number from the shipper you choose so you can verify your returned shipment. Please send us your tracking number through our contact page.

Am I signing up for any recurring payments?

We will never automatically subscribe you to any monthly commitments. You'll see the payment terms in the shopping cart before you submit your order for purchase. You can also review your email order receipt to confirm your order details or contact us for more information.

Do I have to pay shipping/handling fees?

Shipping is free within the United States. If you live outside the United States, a small shipping fee may apply. You'll see the final price, including shipping fees, in the shopping cart before you submit your order for purchase.

Are there any costs when requesting a cancellation or refund?

If you purchased an online program, there are no cancellation costs. When your purchase is canceled, your account will be refunded.

If you opted to receive the back up disks with your order, you'll only have to pay any shipping costs involved with sending the back up disks back to us. There are no other costs involved and no surprises. Refunds are processed when the returned product is received. You'll receive a confirmation email that your cancellation or refund has been processed.
